Love my apartment at the Lofts! Very quiet setting in Downtown Rochester. Just off of Main St and across from the walking, biking, running trails! Staff of the Lofts are always pleasant and helpful! The fitness room is awesome and all of the halls, elevator, back stairwell and car ports are very very clean and safe!
Have been over two years. Can’t say enough great things about First Street Lofts. Well run management team, and Kerry is very attentive to all his tenants! Packages are delivered right to our door. If there is ever an issue they are on top of it immediately. Great location. Beautiful building and beautiful units! They are pet friendly which is well appreciated! Would highly recommend this place!
First year here and I'll probably do another. Great Staff. Very clean, not a lot of noise. Right in downtown Rochester couldn't be in a better spot. Love it here
